When making your reservation, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, and you are welcome to present a different method of payment upon arrival.CREDIT CARD REQUIRED A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours’ notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 48 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, the Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file for 50% of the service.

We are so lucky to have such a talented and in-demand staff, so we do ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled.

Your appointments are very important to our team. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancelations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less then 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% of the cost of original services booked.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 50% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

Rework/Redo/ Adjustment: If a service adjustment is requested please let us know right away. If more than two weeks has passed since your appointment additional charges may apply. Please note: adjustments do not include blowouts or finishes of any kind.

Here at Off 7th we pride ourself on our clients satisfaction, we want you to love your hair and be happy with your service. However, we do not offer refunds.
